Cleaning the headlights and rims

Headlight cleaning

Headlights need to be cleaned much more often than the body. Impurities on glass scatter and absorb light. This reduces the range of the headlights and dazzles other drivers. Already after half an hour of driving in bad weather, the headlights are dirty in 60%. Their range is reduced by approx.. 35 m; that's exactly what you might need to stop the vehicle.

Remove the remains of insects with an appropriate remedy. Contaminated areas should be sprayed and left for a few minutes (just not in the sun), and then rinse well with water. If not all impurities have been removed, wet a piece of newspaper, spread out on a dirty place and leave overnight. In the morning, you will collect the remains of insects glued to paper. Dead insects from the windows and spotlights will be removed with a rough sponge and washing liquid, located at every pump at most gas stations.

Care of aluminum wheels

Painted aluminum wheels will protect them from external factors. Even the best paint, however, will not protect the wheel from hitting a curb or hitting a stone. Any damage or scratches on the aluminum wheels must be removed immediately, because these will be perfect places for aggressive dust from brake pads to settle and to pitting deep into the wheel material. Small scratches can be treated with a special aluminum wheel care agent.

Beautiful and delicate aluminum wheels. They can be protected by covering with a layer of transparent varnish. Damaged coating must be replaced immediately.
