Leather seats care

Leather seats

Expensive leather seats require careful care. Leather is a natural product, not resistant to oil, grease and dirt. Dust particles in the pores, folds and seams cause rubbing and damage to the surface of the skin. Therefore, vacuum the seats as often as possible.

You paid a lot of money to finish the interior of the car with leather. So that the skin retains its value, you need to clean and care for it regularly.

The skin is also susceptible to solar radiation. Leaving the car in full sun, try to cover the seats, so that the skin does not fade.

For cleaning leather covers, also on the steering wheel, use a slightly damp cotton or wool cloth and wipe the soiled areas. For stronger contamination, you can use a mild soap and water solution. You can also add two tablespoons of mild washing powder per liter of solution. The cloth should not be too wet, and no water can get inside through the seams. Treat oil stains with gasoline solvent, without rubbing it into the skin; Soft, with a dry cloth wipe the cleaned place. At least once every six months, clean leather elements with a special skin care product.
